From the plan to your place.

The order interface shows a $49 delivery allowance for goods below $1,000, or zero at and above $1,000. That threshold uses the goods total before the garden-letter saving. The planner does not promise a delivery date or book an installer.

On receipt, compare the canopy, cloth variant, spare dimensions and quantities with the recorded plan before fitting or altering any part. Keep packaging during inspection. If something is damaged or different, contact support@shadepergola.shop with the reference and a description.

Ask for return instructions before sending a canopy or component. An installed, cut or modified part requires a different assessment from an unused item. Explain whether the request concerns damage, an incorrect item or a changed plan so that the appropriate remedy and any statutory rights can be considered.
